MiTA-10 Ltd was founded by Milen Angelov in May 2010. That moment was his starting point as IT freelancer, after 12 years of professional experience in software development as employee in two Bulgarian companies. Most of that time he worked for big international commercial projects, accumulating serious experience in all phases of software development – requirements elicitation, designing, implementation, testing, maintenance, documenting. Continuous learning of constantly changing technologies, languages, environments and tools grew into a habit of him. He also experienced work in task force and continuous integration conditions in foreign countries, joining multinational teams. In the second half of the 12-years period he gained management background as team leader and technical project manager, in parallel to the other activities. He spent around 40% of the total time working abroad in EU and USA, thus getting a real feeling of the globalisation process.
